Return and Warranty Policy

At Tailored Auto Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every window film installation is backed by a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty covering both materials and labor. As long as you own your vehicle, any installation imperfections—excluding those resulting from abuse or misuse—will be remedied to the highest industry standards at no additional charge.

Please note: Because each film is custom-cut to fit your vehicle’s windows, it cannot be removed or reused. For this reason, refunds on our tinting services are not available.


Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • 24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Day-of Appointments: If circumstances on the day of installation (resulting from customer issues) prevent us from performing the work, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

We understand that emergencies happen. To avoid cancellation fees, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. Please note that all cancellation fees are non-refundable.


Rescheduling Policy

  • More Than 25 Hours in Advance: Appointments scheduled more than 25 hours ahead can be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Within 24 Hours: For appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled installation, any outstanding balance will be charged. Although these appointments can be rescheduled at your convenience, the balance due will carry over to the new installation date.


Appointment Times

We strive to provide prompt service; however, as a mobile service, factors such as traffic, weather, and unforeseen delays can affect our arrival time. Therefore, we offer a 3-hour arrival window. While your installation day is confirmed, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. If we anticipate significant delays or need to reschedule, we will notify you in advance.
